What do we want
We’re looking for a highly skilled recruiter to help us, the Human Capital team, find our most valuable asset: our people. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you!
What will you do
- Work closely with your dedicated unit lead to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each team. Together you will define CTA's in order to realize our hiring targets.
- Qualify, interview and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation. Everything is logged in our central ATS, as we like to maximise efficient working!
- Continuously partner with our marketing team and team leads to design, re(de)fine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Stay active with job boards, social networks and platforms to find talent.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates, expand our network and map out every SAP consultant in Belgium.
Who you are
- You love working with people and enjoy building teams. Being at the starting point of their career and see people find a true match with our colleagues is what makes you happy.
- You have had previous experience as a recruiter; We need medior or senior talent to make our dreamteam complete. This means that linkedin has no secrets for you; you know how to execute searches, create projects and log your approached potential candidates. You are familiar with interviewing and screening candidates and managing the hiring process through an ATS.
- You are a firm believer in the power of Employer Branding!
- The importance of; candidate experience, the pre-boarding phase, hiring velocity, ... you need no convincing.
- You are result-driven, but also:
- You love working in a close-knit team where open and direct communication, pragmatism and time to celebrate success are crucial.
- And finally; you like working in a big but also small company, anything but average is who we are and this suits you completely!
