As of 1 March 2023, HuRis becomes a TheValueChain company - introducing top quality expertise in HR and SAP SuccessFactors.
TheValueChain welcomes another company to the group. Meet HuRis, a promising HR consultancy organisation from Culemborg, known for their expertise in SAP HXM and SAP SuccessFactors. Thanks to this acquisition, 45 experienced consultants will become valuable additions to TheValueChain family, allowing us to service our customers even better and take on new SAP challenges in the field of HR.
HR specialists from the Netherlands
HuRis focuses exclusively on the intersection between HR processes and IT. By implementing SAP SuccessFactors they are able to optimise and automate the HR processes of their clients. Founded in 1998, they field over 45 consultants, many of them with extensive experience in consultancy and HR.
“HR is a great addition to our portfolio, a field in which we have limited experience and expertise”, explains Ivan Leysen, Managing Partner at TheValueChain. “HuRis has been able to successfully accelerate and optimise the HR processes of their clients through SAP SuccessFactors. By combining this with our deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and customer experience, we will be able to service our customers better than ever.”
Great match
After acquiring IDinIT and Canguru last year, TheValueChain continues its rapid growth. “However, we don’t initiate acquisitions purely for the sake of growth”, clarifies Dieter Oversteyns, Managing Partner at TheValueChain. “HuRis greatly adds to our existing services and SAP products. More importantly, their DNA and way of working matches ours, which guarantees a smooth transition.” With the addition of HuRis, TheValueChain now houses more than 400 SAP professionals.
Exciting times for HuRis as well. Adding to their SAP SuccessFactors, they can now fall back on TheValueChain’s broad knowledge in the field of SAP S/4HANA, integration and CX. “With this cooperation, we can fulfill our international ambitions and support our clients in a broader area, responding more flexibly to market demands”, says Sander Surewaard, Managing Director at HuRis. “HuRis will be able to keep its identity, staff, offices and existing shareholders. This is first and foremost a positive change of direction for us.”
